NOTÍCIAS POPULARES traz para o palco uma série de esquetes – alguns dos mais explosivos do repertório da Cia. de Comédia Os Melhores do Mundo – que transforma em humor qualquer lance do nosso dia-a-dia. Fatos corriqueiros, histórias dramáticas, personalidades, entretenimento, política e tudo mais que couber num palco-jornal.

 

23 anos de história

Em abril 2018 a Cia de Comédia Os Melhores do Mundo comemoram 23 anos. Em seu repertório estão 29 espetáculos, milhões de espectadores para incontáveis apresentações.  O pioneirismo e a inovação no segmento do humor brasileiro os fez alçar um produto artístico cultural de alta qualidade nacional e internacional; pode-se afirmar que hoje Os Melhores do Mundo são sinônimos de liderança e referência, no segmento das Cias. brasileiras.

 

Sao vinte três anos de história do grupo e vinte anos de existência da peça “Noticias Populares”, criada em 1998. A peça teve repercussão nacional em junho de 2006 durante uma entrevista no Programa do Jô, Os Melhores do Mundo apresentaram a esquete de Joseph Klimber, o homem que não desistia nunca, porque afinal de contas “a vida é uma caixinha de surpresas”!

Alguns dias depois, essa cena iria parar na internet, inaugurando uma nova era no humor digital e transformando Os Melhores do Mundo no grupo teatral de maior sucesso do Brasil.

 

Por conta da popularidade alcançada pelo vídeo, o grupo se apresentou em todas as capitais do país, estabelecendo recordes de público. No Citibank Hall em São Paulo, o grupo ganhou uma placa pelas 130 apresentações e pelos mais de 120.000(cento e vinte mil) espectadores.

Além disso, o grupo fez quatro temporadas em Portugal e uma nos Estados Unidos, onde em 2013 gravou o DVD “Sexo in the city “– Os Melhores do Mundo ao vivo em Nova Iorque.

Em 2016, tiveram sold outs em Boston e NY. Devido ao grande sucesso, eles estarão de volta para mais uma temporada: em New York, dia 15 de junho, no  Frank Sinatra School of the Art e em Boston, dia 16 de junho, no Teatro Chevalier.
