The Chevalier Theatre is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience to everyone, online and at our venue, including individuals with disabilities.

The Chevalier Theatre commitment is guided by our accessibility policy to ensure that people with disabilities have full and equal opportunity to access and benefit from the content and information offered by The Chevalier Theatre through ChevalierTheatre.com and The Chevalier Theatre venue.

 

Seating and Services for Patrons with Disabilities

Chevalier Theatre places high priority on the comfort and safety of its patrons. Chevalier Theatre also recognizes the needs of people with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Every effort has been made to comply with both Americans with Disabilities Act and Commonwealth accessibility guidelines to accommodate patrons with disabilities and to provide effective communications provisions when needed or requested.

Accessible seating can be purchased directly via www.ticketmaster.com. Accessible seats will be marked with an ADA icon. We have Assisted Listening Devices and or Closed Captioning tablet available to use during any show. You can pick up the devices at the venue box office when you arrive, or any member of our team would be happy to get one for you. These devices are available to use free of charge while you attend the event.  You may call 617-248-9700 or reach out to us via email at [email protected] or email ahead to reserve them or request them upon arrival.

If you are requesting a sign language interpreter, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible after purchasing your tickets to ensure that we can be as accommodating as possible, and that we have the space and availability needed to do so, Notifying us of your accessibility needs  will allow us to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that we are able to meet your needs effectively.  In the event we are unable to secure a sign language interpreter due to limited notice, lack of availability, or space constraints, we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs and will discuss alternative solutions with you to ensure you can fully enjoy your time at Chevalier Theatre .
