Items not allowed: No cameras, Recording Devices, No outside food or drink is allowed, firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind allowed inside the building. Smoking is not permitted. The venue does not permit re-entry.
Restrooms are located in the main lobby of the theatre.

Tickets for Chevalier Theatre events can be purchased in advance directly on www.ticketmaster.com or in-person at our Box Office.
Box Office Hours:
Friday & Saturday – 12pm to 6pm

All sales are final. Refunds are only available if a show is cancelled. If you purchased your tickets online or by telephone through Ticketmaster, your refund will be processed automatically. Tickets purchased at our box office by credit card will automatically be refunded. Cash purchases must be refunded at our box office in person.

Parking
From Route 93 (North or South): Medford Square is easily accessed from Route 93. Take Exit 23 for Rt. 60 West. At the rotary, follow the parking attendant who will direct you to the suggested parking behind Medford City Hall.
From Route 2 (East or West): From Route 2 take Exit 59 and follow the signs for Route 60 East. Stay on Route 60 East through Arlington, and into Medford. Route 60 goes right into Medford Square. When you get to the main intersection in the middle of the square take Riverside Drive to City Hall Mall where you will find the suggested parking behind Medford City Hall.

Many of the streets in the surrounding area of the theatre are RESIDENT ONLY. Please be mindful of the signs, should you decide to park on the street. Chevalier Theatre is not liable for any parking tickets patrons may receive in result of illegal parking.
What is your policy on tickets sold through unauthorized brokers?
The Chevalier Theatre does not support the unauthorized reselling of tickets at a price above printed face value. The state of Massachusetts bars the resale of tickets above face value. If you have purchased tickets from an unauthorized ticket dealer and arrive at the theatre unknowingly with a fraudulent ticket, or you arrive at your seat to find someone has been sold the exact same seat, the Chevalier Theatre cannot honor, refund or exchange those tickets. Purchase your tickets only through www.Ticketmaster.com directly.
How do I purchase group tickets?
To purchase group tickets (any party over 8 people), email [email protected] and our box office will be happy to assist you. Note that all group orders are subject to the same fees as online via Ticketmaster.
I have seats 2 and 4, are they together?
Yes. In the Chevalier Theatre, seats are number even on the right, odd on the left and consecutive hundreds in the middle.
Do you have an ATM?
The Chevalier Theatre does not have an ATM on site.
Is there an elevator?
Yes – The Chevalier Theatre has an elevator that is accessible from the adjacent main parking lot, to the lobby, orchestra and balcony levels directly.
Accessible Seating
The Chevalier Theatre places high priority on the comfort and safety of its patrons. The Chevalier Theatre also recognizes the needs of people with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Every effort has been made to comply with both ADA and Commonwealth accessibility guidelines to accommodate patrons with disabilities.

Children Rules?
All shows are All Ages, unless otherwise noted. Parents are encouraged to use reasonable discretion as some concerts/events are not suitable for children.
Children under 2 years of age on the lap of a parent do not require a ticket. Any child over 2 years of age will require their own ticket.

What time do doors open?
Doors open for all Chevalier shows ONE HOUR prior to the show time.
