SOCIALLY DISTANCED SHOW SAFETY GUIDELINES

The health and safety of our patrons, staff, artists, and community is our top priority. Following the safety standards set by the State of Massachusetts, as well as the CDC, we have implemented the following procedures for our venue.

– Everyone in the venue must wear a mask at all times. If a patron’s mask does not meet local requirements of safety, our staff will provide one at entry.

– Temperature checks will be administered to everyone prior to entry.

– Social distancing guidelines must be followed outside and throughout the venue.

– The venue will be thoroughly sanitized before and after the show. Hand sanitizer stations will be available for patrons throughout the venue.

– Seats for Socially Distanced Shows will be sold in Pod Groupings, where safe social distancing can be accomplished. You may only purchase quantities that can seat your entire group. Tickets can only be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.

– All available seats in the theater will maintain 6 feet of distance between groups, and 25 feet from the performers on stage.

– All patrons must sit in their assigned seats to ensure proper social distancing.

– Entry times for patrons are assigned based on your section, which is assigned during the purchase process on Ticketmaster. We ask that you please adhere to your designated entry time.

– For concessions and drinks: For safety and to prevent crowding, no in-person ordering from the lobby bar will be permitted. To ensure contactless delivery, pre-order drinks from the Noble app for pick up or have it delivered to your seat when your order is ready.  Download the app ahead of time here: https://getnoble.co/preorders/19

– If you leave your seat at any point during the show, please utilize the empty row in front of you to exit.

– When waiting in line for the restroom, please be sure to maintain 6 feet of distance from fellow patrons. Restrooms will be staffed to ensure proper distance and capacity rules.

– When visiting our box office at the venue, please allow for only 1 person at the window area at a time to ensure distance from our staff. All box office sales will be mobile ticket delivery only, and only credit cards will be accepted at this time to ensure a contactless sale.

– The Chevalier Box Office will be open 2 hours prior to every show and for limited hours in November. See our FAQ for more Box Office information.

– When the show is over, please remain in your seat. Our staff will assist patrons and communicate exit procedures. To ensure proper distancing, patrons will be asked to exit by row and section.

***Failure to comply with any COVID-19 procedures we have placed will result in immediate removal from the venue, no refunds will be allowed.***
