PRESS RELEASE:
Chevalier Theatre Modifies Live Musical Performance For A COVID-Safe “A Sinatra Christmas with Rich DiMare”
In a year marred with canceled shows and rescheduled dates, “A Sinatra Christmas with Rich DiMare” is still here to brighten the holiday season at the Chevalier Theatre in Medford Square, Saturday, December 5th, and Sunday, December 6th.
To be in compliance with state COVID-19 regulations, the Chevalier Theatre needed to make a modification for this weekend’s performances. According to Massachusetts COVID-19 Guidelines, singing is forbidden in an indoor space, but in cooperation with the Massachusetts COVID-19 Task Force, the Chevalier Theatre has found a way to uphold the “show-must-go-on” mentality, while ensuring the safety of all patrons, performers, and staff. Rich DiMare (bandleader/singer) will still be performing live, but from the green room, backstage, which has been deemed safe and appropriate by the Massachusetts COVID-19 Task Force. The full band will still be performing on-stage, live, while Rich is projected in real-time alongside the band, for all in attendance to enjoy.
Any further inquiries about the show and venue are encouraged to contact Elise Renard at [email protected]
