Join internationally acclaimed organist Peter Krasinski of Brookline as he accompanies an eclectic trio of silent films: 1956 Oscar winner “The Red Balloon,” a beloved tale of a French boy and his balloon; Buster Keaton’s frolicking family voyage “The Boat” (1921); and comical convicts Laurel & Hardy in “Liberty” (1929). Krasinski, who accompanied the silent classic “Wings” at Chevalier Theatre in 2011, specializes in improvisational silent film accompaniment. Krasinski also will accompany a short film compiled from videos submitted by Medford residents depicting their daily journeys around town.
